Waldron’s Peak and Sirona Physical Therapy Updated COVID clinic policy

Our entire staff is vaccinated. We strongly encourage our clientele to be vaccinated.

We have Air filters in every clinic room.

We require use of masks for both employees and patients.

We continue to be diligent with cleaning all surfaces with anti-bacterial products.

Our clinic policy for exposure as of 1/03/22 is as follows:

  • We recommend anyone experiencing fever, cough, shortness of breath, loss of taste and/or smell, in the past 14 days not to come into the clinic until asymptomatic x 5 days and/or proof of a negative COVID test.

  • Anyone who has known exposure (within 6 feet & of > 15 min duration) to an individual who later (1-5 days) begins to develop the following symptoms: fever, cough, shortness of breath, loss of taste and/or smell OR tests positive for COVID should not come into the clinic without a negative COVID test and you are able to wear an N95 or KN95 mask.

Rapid test is acceptable, and it is recommended to have a follow up PCR test ASAP.

Summary:
